The "Grant" was the 2004 Winner of the National Home Builders Association, Building System Council “Excellence in Home Design Award†based on all US entries in the 2,500 to 3,000 SF sized log homes. It featured 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths in 2,628 square feet with an open great room concept and cathedral ceilings.
